Hyatt Inclusive App

I recommend downloading the Hyatt Inclusive App on your phone. This has the restaurant menus, bars, and a map of the resort. I don't have all of the deets on it, but there is a part to put a room number and stuff so it may be useful once on the resort as well. The search feature worked best when Costa Rica was searched rather than Dreams Las Mareas. Once you have your room number, enter it in the app to be able to order room service and all the other amenities as well.

Thursday, February 27, 2025 - Rehearsal Dinner - It is at 6 pm on the Terrace at the Seaside Grill (Steakhouse). Since it is on the Terrace shorts are ok!

Ceremony & Reception

The ceremony is at 4:00 p.m. on the Arboleda Beach with the Cocktail Hour and Reception to follow in the same location.

Wow, 23 days! As everyone is getting ready for the trip, there have been some questions coming up so I wanted to share them with everyone in hopes they are useful :)

It will be HOT, HOT, HOT as in feels like 100 and nights in the 70's.

*Be sure to check the dress codes at the Restaurants to help with packing.

*Contact your mobile carrier to inquire about your international coverage!

*Let your credit card companies/bank know you will be traveling out of the country.

*Restaurants Do Not take reservations - only the Hibachi (which can be scheduled with the concierge at check-in)

*Spa takes appointments ahead of time

*Download the Hyatt Inclusive App (instructions below)

I hope everyone is getting as excited as we are!! It is getting so close and we will all be in PARADISE before we know it!!! A common question that people have asked is what shoes to wear to the wedding. We plan on being barefoot on the beach all evening, but if barefoot isn't your thing, wear whatever is comfortable. It will be HOT folks! You will need some sort of shoes to get to the beach :) You may want to take a look at what the normal temps in the northern Guanacaste region in Late Feb Early March to get a good idea of what to pack.

If you didn't purchase the transfer from Destify at booking, there are several other options available. Out of the ones I researched, we decided on I Love Travel Costa Rica at www.iltcostarica.com.
